These services can be grouped in the following activities of high importance:

1. The technical preparation and establishment of the insurance activity.
1.1. The preparation of expert's opinion on risk analysis and assessment connecting to property insurance of economic organisations.
Including: exploration of risks of given type or compound of insurance modes, suggestions on the technical equipments for the possible decreasing of those, for instance: insurance of property, fire, compound larceny, burglary, construction reparations, shutdown, machine-break, etc.
1.2. The preparation of expert's opinions in connection with damages requesting critical or special skills, cooperation in loss arranging.
Including: the exploration of the possible cause of the damage, the revision of the extent of the damage, the economic examination of the mode of restoration, for example: mechanic examination of stability, building structure, or soil, discovery of the reasons of fire damages or other special loss (such as underground escalator, helicopter, railway damage, etc.) and preparation or completion of putting the loss compensation on to contract, etc.
1.3. The tasks of expertise in insurances of planning responsibility and building construction.
Including: the revision of plan-documentations, the discovery of critical solutions, the control of execution, the examination of neighbouring buildings, the establishment of the responsibility of caused damage in buildings, the technical check of the whole execution process, etc.
2. Technical expertise tasks on the realisation or operation of buildings and constructions.
Including: the condition assessment and static examination of existing buildings, the exploration of technical possibilities of planned expansion or reconstruction, the discovery of problems is building-structures, problemsolving, etc.
3. The expertise tasks on the assessment of value of real estates and liabilities.
Including: technical estimation, and value assessment of estate and liabilities (soil, ground plot, building, equipment, furniture), complete assessment of valuables of economic companies, for transformation, sale, liquidation, credit, for instance: estimation based on property inventory, costs-settlement of reproduction (re-purchase), estimation of technical and usage values, market value assessment, business estimation based on profit calculation, analysis and assessment of applicability, etc.

 

The services of constructing perparation

1. The technical composition and evaluation of the claims the builders.
The analysis of building sites and conditions, outlining the construction task, planning operational and functional sketches, examination of the interaction of nature and building, settlement of the theories of fitting it in the surroundings. Revision of results.
2. Preplanning, the preparation of the solution to the planning task.
Working out plan-conceptions, checking possible solutions, demonstration of solutions serving the fulfilment of possible settling, technical, structural, economic and ecologic connections and requirements. The economic foundation of the building, financial plan preparation. Establishment of construction and operation costs. Planning the timeschedule of realisation.
3. Schematic Plan.
The Revised consideration of planning conception, visualisation of solution modes. The analysis and evaluation of different versions, costs optimalisation. Summary and leading through the plans of special divisions. The establishment of quantitative plans of materials to be applied. The preparation of theoretic construction licensing documentation, obtainment of authorisation in advance.
4. Authorisation Plan.
Working out documentation, obtainment of needed licenses and approvals, negotiation with the special authorities. Adaptation of authority regulations in documentation in the case of remodelling plans.
5. Execution Plan.
Elaboration of schemes of special branches needed for the execution. Consultation with building contractors. Development of execution plans in process. Planning detailed schemes.
6. The preparation of putting out to contract.
Composing the plan documentation, determination of the value requirements of the list of premises, applied materials, structures and furniture. The identification of the conditions of handing in offers.
7. The cooperation in putting out to contract.
Composing the needed papers, acquisition, examination and evaluation of offers. Negotiation with tenders, participation in entering into a contract.
8. The technical control, supervision of the execution.
Disclosure of construction mistakes, checking invoices. The preparation of the procedure of putting to use, participation in handing and taking over operations. The preparation of state plans. The composition of the maintenance regulations.

The Hungarian practice considers the points from 1 to 5 as the strictly meant technical planning. Our experts are capable of the fulfilment of the particular builder's expectations in the whole spectrum of the architectural engineering.

The references of our company include smaller department store, office building, hotel and industrial hall. The increasing needs and demands of the customers under the improving and widening market conditions render outstanding significance to paragraphs 6-7.

Although the compilation of the tender documents and the tendering itself is in logical relation with the technical planning and design, it may also appear, as it happened in our practice, as a separate task.

Technical control and supervision, mentioned under paragraph 8, may also be separated from the afore mentioned. Our experts are qualified to carry out this important activity in the implementation stage. We are, however, most willing to carry out the procedure as a whole, since this enables us to accomplish really fastidious solutions.
